Ascot Air have completed a number of successful fitout and refurbishment projects in the 32-level, premium grade, Green Star office building.
Working across six individual projects and five principal contractors, Ascot Air has delivered 11 floors of high-grade fitout and refurbishment services. A unique part of this project when compared to many other Brisbane high-rise buildings was the inclusion of active and passive chilled beams, incorporating kilometres of reverse return pipework.
