The refurbishment included the base building upgrade of the Jesses Vasey wing, including the refurbishment of the main central zone air handling units. Complete with new chilled water coils and plug fans in lieu of the existing centrifugal supply fans. Other services included two new perimeter air handling units commissioned to provide 100% outside air, with chilled water pipework, steam pipework, controls and commissioning. The Ascot Air team also provided booster pmps to the main chilled water plant located in the basement, and room upgrades that included variable air volume (VAV) boxes and controls.
